Town and Country Health & Rehab is an existing two-story senior living facility in Chesterfield, MO. ~ 16,600 SF renovation of public spaces, a new on-site dialysis facility, and short stay rehab unit.

• Developed schematic design color and materials palette, presentation documents, renderings of the interiors and a new entry canopy. 

• Learned to incorporate client feedback as the project progressed through the design development process. 

• Participated in the development of the interior construction drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, enlarged plans, elevations, details and finish plans.
