Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

Studio 5 | Group Project | AutoCAD, 3ds MAX, Sketch-up, Enscape, Illustrator, Photoshop

The final project of studio 5 was to design a boutique hotel and restaurant in Manhattan, KS in 8 weeks with a group of 3. This project emphasized pre-design research, site analysis, concept development, branding, and other aspects of the design process. This project was highly concept driven and relied on good communication skills.
