The final project of Studio 3 was to design a row house for an intergenerational family in Baltimore. This project reinforced the idea to be able to work with accuracy by hand graphic communication. In completing a series of space studies of all individual spaces of the home, it was our first introduction to learning about anthropometrics and how humans interact with domesticated environments. This project was also our initial experience with selecting furniture, equipment, and materials that complement the existing furniture and style of our client.
